Apple TV comedy show Ted Lasso gained a somewhat positive response from fans, the streaming service has already renewed the show for another season and now it seems like filming might have also kick started!

Our favourite coach is going to stay with us a little longer as Ted Lasso has been greenlit for season 2 already. The football games will be back in session as filming for the second season of Ted Lasso has already begun as well!

The Apple TV series has Jason Sudeikis starring as a football coach from Kansas. The action is set in motion when Lasso is hired by a team in England. Here he faces a big challenge as he has to coach a professional soccer team while having zero experience coaching soccer. The comedy series also stars Phil Dunster, Jeremy Swift, Hannah Waddingham, Junk Temple, along with Nick Mohammed.

Actor Kola Bokinni has recently posted on social media revealing that production has already kick-started amidst the pandemic terror and it seems like the not so easy going team will be back in action pretty soon for fans!

The much awaited second season will pick up right after and saw Rebecca regretting her action and thus, does not fire Ted while telling him that there’s a lot of work to do! The streaming service everyone by surprise as Ted Lasso has already been greenlit for season 3 as well! With production for Ted Lasso season 2 already starting off early this year, it seems like fans won’t have to wait for a long while before the game is back back in session.
