Sad, we lost another talented artist in 2021. Sophie, a Grammy-nominated disc jokey who was also a music producer and recording artist breathes last at young age of 34. She has also worked with the artists like Madonna and Charli XCX. Sophie died in an accident in the Greek capital of Athens.
The news was rolled out by U.K. label transgressive. In the statement, they released that the musician Sophie Xeon died at the age of 34. She died in the early hours of Saturday [30th of January]. The statement exactly read that she passed away in a terrible accident. Sophie was genuinely talented and would be remember for lifetime. Sophie was born in Glasgow. She began her career by releasing music in 2013. Sophie also worked with Vince Staples, Madonna, Charli XCX and many more. She first used her own image and vocals when she released her single in October 2017. The single was named as “It’s okay to cry”. This single was among the top hits of Sophie. After this Sophie also released her debut album which was named as “Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides”. This album was released in June 2018. Moreover, this album was also Grammy nomination for best dance and electronic album.
