Yet another alleged sexual abuse case comes in light

As the sexual abuse allegations surfaced against the stars of the VH1’s hit reality show ‘T.I & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,’ rapper and actor T.I Harris, real name Clifford Harris, and his wife Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, the filming for show has been put on a hold which was under production in Atalanta for its season 4 from December 2020. The hit reality show from 51 Minds Entertainment premiered in October 2018 as it chronicles the personal and professional life of the couple.

The Allegations

The star couple has been accused of multiple crimes including drugging, sexual abuse, trafficking and coercing women. A woman named Sabrina Peterson alleged that the husband-wife duo force women to take drugs and sexually exploit them by forcing them to indulge into sexual activity with the couple. Through an Instagram post, she also alleged that T.I had put a gun to her head in front of her children.

The claims have been vehemently denied by the couple and they even threatened to press charges and a possible legal action against the accuser for the alleged wrong claims.

Allegations have been denied

Addressing the issue, MTV released a statement to Deadline stating that they are aware of the allegations and though they aren’t connected with the show, they have reached out to T.I & Tameka Harris along with local and state officials. Announcing the decision to halt the production, “Given the serious nature of the allegations, we have decided to suspend production in order to gather more information,” MTV spokesperson informed.

T.I and Tameka’s denied the allegations put forth by Sabrina Peterson through their representative released a statement to People informing, “The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade,” and this time the matter is being taken “very seriously.” The statement continued that if the allegations don’t end then they will take “appropriate legal action.”
