HBO Max’s ‘The Flight Attendant’ was a Huge Turning Point for Kaley Cuoco that Changed Course of Everything

Kaley Cuoco had been in showbiz for 30 years, but when she was nominated for the Golden Globes, a press outlet called her a “newcomer.”
The actress is one of the highest-paid actors in television, after starring in 12 seasons of The Big Bang Theory. But it was after the release of The Flight Attendant that the actress seriously displayed her acting skills.
Her career so far

Speaking to Variety, the 35-year-old said that she was ‘in a state of shock’ when The Big Bang Theory ended it’s 12-year-run on CBS, and that she couldn’t remember her life before the show. But after getting the Golden Globe nomination, Cuoco said that she feels there’s a lot more on the horizon, and that her career has just started.
She started her career on screen at the age of seven, and went on to become one of the highest-paid stars, after making $1 million per episode. The show came to an end after her co-star Jim Parsons decided not to continue. The whole cast, along with creator Chuck Lorre agreed that they will not continue filming without the whole cast, and as Cuoco said, “That was the one thing we all agreed on – we came in together, we go out together.”
The Flight Attendant

After the show ended, she found a passion project in The Flight Attendang, and obtained rights for adapting the book in 2017. She said that when she read the book’s Amazon description, “fun-loving, drunk flight attendant wakes up next to a dead body in a strange hotel,” she got chills.
Cuoco decided to be produce the show as well, with her company Yes, Norman Productions and got full rights over the production. The rest was history, with the eight-episode series garnering rave reviews and immediately being picked up for another season. Cuoco’s emotional reaction to her nomination is still available on social media.
