While critics are surprises to see the series get a Golden Globe nomination, some are making some rather bold assumptions about whether the makers of the show might have owned some tricks to make their way a bit easier than expected!
This assumption has caught attention after it was reported that as many as thirty members of Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA)board has been invited over to luxurious trips to the set and this might have hindered the decision making process a bit.

Fans were taken aback when the Netflix series managed to bag as many as two Golden Globe nominations including best series and best actress! As unexpected as it was, the nomination announcement came under fire after it overlooked some potential sereis like I May Destroy You! Even series writer Deborah Copaken has opened up about it and penned down a note saying how unacceptable it is that the HBO series did not bag the nominations.
According to reports, the production studio has been extremely kind to the members of the more and treated them with a stat at an expensive five-star Peninsula Paris hotel along with meeting and lunch at the historic and private Musée des Arts Forains as well. Is this going to affect the decision making process in any way? While Emily in Paris is an extremely popular show , we wonder is that enough to win the prestigious award.
