Golden Globes is finally live but virtually. This time the award show was but unique and the reason is its audience. The audience was none another than the people who were there for everyone during COVID-19 pandemic in USA. These people were frontline workers in the pandemic.
Usually, Golden Globe award is not a easy win but this time some series has proved it wrong. The Crown, The Queen’s Gambit and Schitt’s Creek were the series which managed to won most of the triumphs.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were hosting the show New York and Los Angeles
This was the first time when the show was hosted in bicoastal manner. Black Panther featured late Chadwick Boseman was also awarded for his role in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
“Schitt’s Creek” managed to beg the award for the best comedy series. The lead actress of the show, Catherine was triumphed with the best actresses musical-comedy.
“The Crown” was crowned with best drama series. Moreover, it has now become two times winner in the category. It was previously honoured with the same in 2017. This show revolves around events of British Monarchy and is one of the best Netflix’s original.
“The Queen’s Gambit” snatched the triumph of best limited series. This series won over series like Normal People, Small Axe. The Undoing and Unorthodox. Anya Taylor-Joy also earned the award of best actress in television series.
