The platform had already banned the gamer from accessing, but with the lawsuit, in addition to having his login permanently deleted from the game, he is also sentenced to pay US$150,000 (approximately R$815,000 in the current conversion) to Roblox, in addition to to be required to comply 30 meters away from any company office.

According to the lawsuit pages, the player "repeatedly posts defamatory statements about the founder and CEO of Roblox, attributing misrepresentation and conduct that damages Roblox's reputation." The player was banned from the platform several times, however, he "pierced" the block and was able to return to the platform – a situation of concern for Roblox, especially in terms of security, as it had to spend a few million to try to correct, investigate and block the player from the system.

The video game company filed suit against Simon last year and also alleged that he was leading a 'cybermob' (online harassment campaign), harassing and threatening the company's staff, events, as well as other players. The documents say that Roblox initially asked for $1.6 million in damages. The final amount was agreed between the parties.
