A report by the global consulting firm, Elifegroup, shows that the booking.com hosting site is the best rated among all brands surveyed in the application and e-commerce segments in Brazil. 100 apps for Android and iOS were evaluated, focusing on service management, based on the Buzzmonitor monitoring platform. Of all the brands evaluated, booking.com scored above 90 for both Android users and iOS users.
The Elifegroup study considered 2 million reviews carried out in the 20 largest e-commerce stores in Brazil, also analyzing the evaluations on Google Play, App Store and Shopee.
In second place in the number of reviews was Mercado Livre, with 600 thousand reviews, but with a not so positive score in the App Store, where the brand reached only 63 out of 100 points.
In addition to the low performance among Apple users, the overall response rate in the app stores was low for the brand, with only 1% of complaints answered.
Shopee and AliExpress dominate e-commerce
Among the most popular e-commerce applications in Brazil, according to the survey, Shopee and AliExpress stand out. Both represented 68% of the volume of evaluations.
Among the most demanding users are those of the iOS operating system, who allocated an average of 63 to the applications used at Apple. In this evaluation, booking.com also ranked first, with 96 points, followed by AliExpress, which recorded 95 points. Google Play had an average score of 79, a fact that demonstrates greater satisfaction among its users.
In addition, the report shows that Google Play users are more active compared to App Store users, as the number of reviews represents 96% of the total collected.

Mercado Libre and Shopee among the most popular
Among the most popular apps, Mercado Livre and Shopee stand out. Both had a comment volume of 69%.
About 75% of brands have a service speed of up to 24 hours. The Droga Raia app also stands out positively in terms of customer service, which responds to 74% of the reviews received, ranking third in the overall service ranking.
In all, the study analyzed the apps of the 20 largest virtual stores in Brazil, which include players such as: Dafiti, Hurb, KaBuM!, AliExpress, Amazon, Americanas, Booking.com, Casas Bahia, Droga Raia, Elo7, Extra, Lojas Renner , Magalu, Mercado Livre, Netshoes, Ponto Frio, Qconcursos, Shopee, Shoptime and Submarino.
