Copel Telecom files a request for annulment of the approval of the sale of Oi Móvel
Copel Telecom filed with the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), a request for annulment of the decision of the body's board of directors that approved the sale of Oi Móvel to the consortium set up by operators Claro, Vivo and TIM.
According to information from the TeleTime website, Copel questioned the presidency of the extraordinary sessions that took place to deal with the subject, which would not have been commanded by those who were entitled.
The company claims that the session on January 31 was not chaired by Wilson Diniz Wellisch, appointed by Bolsonaro as a substitute resident of Anatel's Board of Directors after the previous term of office had expired.
