After leaving the house, Jimmy tells Mia that when they first met, he had a lot of growing up to do, but that he fell in love with Emily after Mia told him that they were over. Mia asks Jimmy to pick between the two women, and although Jimmy doesn’t say anything, Mia realises that they’ve reached an agreement and asks Laramie to transport her home.

It turns out that John had been watching the entire event and has requested that Jimmy show him the horse that they had brought up from Texas.
