Vincent Kennedy McMahon ( born August 24, 1945) is a professional wrestler, executive, and media mogul in the United States.

He is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WWE, the world’s largest professional wrestling organisation. Alpha Entertainment is his company, which he founded and owns.

McMahon was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and earned a business degree from East Carolina University in 1968.

For most of the 1970s, he worked as a commentator for his father Vincent J. McMahon’s WWWF, then bought it in 1982 and nearly monopolised the industry, which had previously operated as separate fiefdoms across the United States.

As a result, the annual WrestleMania event was born, which has since become the most successful professional wrestling event in history.

In the 1990s, WWE faced competition from World Championship Wrestling (WCW), which it eventually purchased in 2001. In 2003, WWE bought the assets of the now-defunct Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW).

Who Is Vince Mcmahon’s Wife?

Linda McMahon (real name: Linda Marie Edwards) was born in New Bern, North Carolina on October 4, 1948. Her parents, who worked at a Marine Corps base, had only one daughter, Linda. During her childhood, she was interested in basketball and baseball.

Linda and Vince met when they were both 13 years old because their mothers worked in the same building and were friends. They met in high school and married on August 26, 1966, when she was only 17 years old.

She enrolled at East Carolina University the following year and earned a bachelor’s degree in French as well as teaching certification.

Shane McMahon was born on January 15, 1970, while Stephanie was born six years later, on September 24, 1976.

She began her career as a receptionist at Covington & Burling, a corporate law firm, while Vince worked as a television commentator for his father’s Capitol Wrestling Corporation.

Vince was extending his promotion, and she was in charge of scheduling and contracts, so the couple moved to Gaithersburg, Maryland, and then West Hartford, Connecticut.

They were in financial trouble and declared bankrupt in 1976, owing about $1 million. In 1979, they bought the Cape Cod Coliseum in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and began hosting hockey games and other sporting events alongside wrestling contests.

On February 21, 1980, Vince and Linda founded Titan Sports, Inc, which formed the groundwork for WWE. They bought the WWF’s parent company, the Capitol Wrestling Corporation, from Vince’s father two years later.

WWE grew from a modest territorial wrestling organisation to a large worldwide corporation and industry leader during her tenure.

Linda McMahon was instrumental in expanding WWE’s global reach, as she excelled at product merchandising and served as the principal negotiator on a number of lucrative partnerships, including the television deal the company signed with Viacom in 2000.

After being appointed to the State Board of Education by Connecticut Governor, Linda stood down as WWE’s CEO in 2009.

She ran for the United States Senate from Connecticut twice as a Republican (in 2010 and 2012), but she lost both general elections.

She served as the 25th Administrator of the Small Business Administration during Donald Trump’s administration, from February 14, 2017, until April 12, 2019, before taking on additional responsibilities as Chairwoman of America First Action on April 15, 2019.

Six grandchildren have been born to Linda and Vince McMahon, three sons from Shane and three daughters from Stephanie.
