Oliver Taylor Hawkins was born on February 17, 1972, in Fort Worth, Texas, and died on March 25, 2022. Taylor released eight studio albums with the rock band Foo Fighters, from 1999 to 2021.
He was the touring drummer for Sass Jordan and Alanis Morissette before joining the band in 1997, as well as the drummer in the advanced experimental band Sylvia.
Hawkins grew raised in Laguna Beach, California, where his family moved in 1976. Hawkins has a brother named Jason and a sister named Heather.
In 1990, he graduated from Laguna Beach High School. He was buddies with current Yes lead vocalist Jon Davison in high school.

Taylor was well-known for keeping his personal life discreet, and nothing is known about Alison. However, she was mentioned in the band’s song ‘I Really Blew It,’ from the album ‘Get the Money,’ released in 2019.

“‘Which I understand because Shane is always in trouble and the kid [daughter Everleigh] is adorable, so you’re caught in the midst.”
“However, you’re a lot like my twin.” She is just amazing. “Why don’t I just call the tune Middle Child?” I reasoned.
Taylor Hawkins Death!
Hawkins may have had a heart attack, according to health officials in Bogota on Friday night.
The Colombian Secretariat of Health reported that the famous music singer had caused a medical emergency after having “chest pains” that led to his death in a hotel room in Colombia.
It came after local media reported that “white powder” had been discovered in the star’s hotel room, despite the fact that he had previously spoken about his drug habits.

“The city’s Emergency Regulation Centre got an alert regarding a patient with chest pain in a hotel located in the city’s north,” the Secretariat statement read at the time.
According to the statement, an ambulance was dispatched, and a medical professional attempted but failed to revive the victim. The patient was declared deceased.
“The District Secretariat of Health expresses its sympathies to the family, bandmates, and admirers of this outstanding and internationally renowned drummer.”
Foo Fighters Statement on Taylor’s Death!
After Taylor’s untimely death, the Foo Fighters sought privacy for his mourning “wife, children, and family.”
Hawkins, who was 50 years old at the time of his death, was “devastated” by the “untimely loss,” according to a joint statement released to Twitter on March 25.
“His musical passion and infectious humour will live on with us forever,” the Foo Fighters said in a statement.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children, and family, and we ask that their privacy be respected at this impossibly painful time.”
