When it comes to Curb Your Enthusiasm, the announcement of a new season is more than most fans can handle. The HBO sitcom is noted for not adhering to the usual series release timetable, instead of going into production whenever David has an idea, as seen by the series having eleven seasons in twenty-two years.

Fans of the program will recall the torturous six-year gap between Seasons 8 and 9, followed by another three years between Seasons 9 and 10. So, even if no release date has been set, the confirmation of a Season 12 is enough to get fans excited! Curb Your Enthusiasm is a program based on a semi-fictitious version of Seinfeld creator David.

The episodes of the show frequently focus on some social convention that David does not adhere to or believes others do not adhere to sufficiently. This frequently results in the humorous awkward situations and cringe humor that has made the show so popular with viewers.

The series is particularly known for its guest stars, who often play fictitious versions of themselves in order to mock their public personalities. Season 11 alone had Albert Brooks, Ted Danson, Jon Hamm, Woody Harrelson, Richard Lewis, Lucy Liu, Dylan O’Brien, and Seth Rogen all playing themselves and frequently arguing with David over trivial matters.

Season 12 currently has no set production start date, and HBO has yet to make an official announcement about the future season.
