His clothing company, the Marathon Clothing Company in Los Angeles’ Hyde Park area was shot on Sunday afternoon, killing the 33-year-old.

He was pronounced dead at 3:55 pm, according to the coroner’s report acquired by PEOPLE. “Paramedics were contacted and [Hussle, born Ermias Joseph Asghedom] was brought to the hospital,” the report said. Autopsy results show that Asghedom was killed by gunshot wounds to the head and torso today.
According to the coroner, “the way of death was certified as a homicide.” As of Sunday, the health status of the two other victims had been upgraded to “stable.”
