“Now about Oscar night, my deepest hope is that these two intelligent and capable men have the opportunity to heal, talk this out, and reconcile,” the Matrix Reloaded star, who is 50 years old, said on the episode of Red Table Talk that aired on Wednesday, June 1, adding, “The state of the world today, we need them both.”
And yet, our dependence on one another is greater than it has ever been. Pinkett Smith, who is 53 years old, reportedly shared her support for her husband and their nearly 25-year marriage in an interview with US Weekly.

While this is the first time Pinkett Smith has spoken out about the slap, Will Smith had already publicly apologized to Rock and resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
