Assault and Fraud
Jen and Stuart Smith, his assistant, were accused of wire fraud in March 2021. At least eight individuals older than 55 were allegedly defrauded by them. During the arraignment, both defendants filed not guilty pleas, but Stuart later changed his plea to guilty.
