On July 5, a protective order against Ferrari was apparently submitted by a lady from Stillwater, but the details of the situation are reportedly unavailable.
In a statement that was released on Wednesday, the Stillwater Police Department confirmed that Ferrari, whose full name is Albert James Ferrari Jr., was the suspect in a sexual assault investigation stemming from an event that occurred on July 2:
The Stillwater Police Department responded to a report of a sexual assault investigation that took place inside our jurisdiction at four o’clock on the afternoon of Saturday, July 2, 2022.
The incident took place within our jurisdiction. It has been determined that Albert James Ferrari Jr. is the person responsible for this crime.

According to the NCAA, Ferrari is one of just 19 wrestlers in the history of the NCAA to win a title as a true freshman. He accomplished this feat in 2021 at 197 pounds.
The horrific rollover automobile accident that Ferrari was engaged in during the month of January put a halt to his second year of racing.
He was reportedly suffering from internal bleeding, low oxygen levels, and fluid in his lungs when he was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Oklahoma City. With a perfect record of 10-0, his season was cut off early.
Ferrari had a record of 30-1 after one and a half seasons in the WWE and was one of the first athletes to sign a non-injury clause contract with the company.
According to the Oklahoman, his attorney has issued a statement in which he refutes the charges and portrays his departure from Oklahoma State as the result of a consensual agreement between the two parties:
It is terrible that a student-athlete might become a target, mostly because of their status as a top athlete. It is said that a student-athlete can become a target. AJ is helping law enforcement in their investigation and is positive that the truth will eventually be revealed.
He had a good experience during his tenure at Oklahoma State University, but he and the university came to the conclusion that it was time for a change.
Anthony, the younger brother of Ferrari, is said to have inked a scholarship deal with Oklahoma State University for the school’s Class of 2022 and is planning to enroll at the university this coming fall.
