Career
G-leader Unit’s 50 Cent was granted his own record label, G-Unit Records, in 2003. 50 instantly signed Yayo and Lloyd Banks to the label, and subsequently added Young Buck as the group’s fourth member.
In the same year, G-Unit released their first official group album, titled “Beg for Mercy.” The record was released when Yayo was doing time in prison for weapons charges, but Yayo was still featured on it.
Even though his presence on numerous mixtapes during and after his release from prison proclaimed his return to the streets, Yayo did not receive broad notoriety until the release of his debut song, ‘So Seductive’ featuring 50 Cent.
Yayo was signed to Interscope Records in 2003, where he subsequently released his debut album, “Thoughts of a Predicate Felon.” Later, in 2009, he was dropped from the label.
On MTV News in 2010, Lloyds Banks announced a partnership with 50 Cent’s label. He released the second song from his album Haters in 2011. The track is performed by Shawty Lo, 50 Cent, and Roscoe Dash.
The record was posted on Thisis50.com after Funkmaster Flex debuted it on Hot 97. The tune quickly gained popularity on urban radio charts. Tony Yayo’s projected net worth in July 2022 is approximately $4 million.

In 2008, the accusations were withdrawn. Yayo is the chief executive officer of G-Unit Philly. He adopted his name from Scarface’s Tony Montana and the slang term for cocaine. He has a 2003-born daughter, Maniyah, and a 2008-born son, London.
Why Did Tony Yayo Become So Wealthy?
Indeed, you have it correct. The direct translation of what he stated was that “when we didn’t have any money, things were better.” When everyone started making more money, it was like everything took a turn for the worse.
To some extent, we can see why he is complaining. The fact that he isn’t going to implement the ridiculously simple solution to this issue, which is to hand over that money to another person, leads us to believe that the consequences of having excessive wealth are bearable.
The money is virtually limitless because of the royalties he receives for all of his music. Tony Yayo decided that the only way to treat him with complete equity was to donate some of his money.
After the devastating earthquake in 2010, he assisted the people of Haiti. Because of that, he has our respect.
It is always heartening to see someone who uses their considerable money for charitable endeavors. Because G-album Unit’s “Beg for Mercy” was awarded two Platinum certifications in the United States, he is deserving of all of his achievements.
He is not exempt from any controversies, that much is certain. Yayo was arrested on the same day as 50 Cent on December 31, 2002, for having guns in his hands.
