According to the Mumbai police, a guy has been detained on suspicion of making a death threat over social media to celebrities Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.
It was reported by the authorities that a complaint had been filed at the Santacruz police station in Mumbai and that an inquiry had been opened.

According to the official, the police in Santacruz have responded to the complaint by filing a First Information Report (FIR) against an individual who has not been identified for violating the Indian Penal Code Sections 506-II (criminal intimidation) and 354-D (stalking).
A complaint has also been filed with the police under the Information Technology Act.
Mumbai Police Register FIR
An individual by the name of Manvinder Singh, who is reported to be an aspiring actress and a huge follower of Katrina, was detained by the police in Mumbai.
Because he had his heart set on marrying the actress, he had been following her on various social media platforms and harassing her on a near-constant basis for the past few months. Monday was the day that the arrest was made.
According to the official, the Santacruz police have launched an FIR against the unidentified person based on the complaint. The FIR was registered under Indian Penal Code Sections 506-II (criminal intimidation) and 354-D (stalking), but no arrest has been made as of yet.
