The Cast of Outer Banks Season 3

Andy McQueen, Fiona Palomo, and Lou Ferrigno Jr. were added to the season 3 cast on June 23. McQueen’s credits include Station Eleven, Fahrenheit 451, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and The Handmaid’s Tale. Palomo is best known for her roles in Control Z and La Negociadora on Netflix. Finally, you may know Lou Ferrigno Jr. from his roles in Stargirl and 9-1-1.

Outer Banks Season 3 Cast

Outer Banks season 3 will feature the following new cast members:

  • Andy McQueen will play Carlos Singh, a ruthless Caribbean leader, on his gold-hunting mission.
  • Sofia, a young, scrappy woman who identifies as a Pogue but wishes to be a Kook, will be played by Fiona Palomo. She will develop a close friendship with Rafe (Drew Starkey).
  • Ryan, Carlos’ top security officer, will be played by Lou Ferrigno Jr. He knows how to get the job done and makes every effort not to fail.

Most of the cast from season 2 will return, including Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Jonathan Daviss, Madison Bailey, Rudy Pankow, Carlacia Grant, Austin North, Drew Starkey, and Charles Esten. Many supporting cast members from previous seasons are also expected to return.

The Release Date of Outer Banks Season 3

Outer Banks will return for a third season on Netflix in December 2021, which is not surprising given its summer popularity. Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke, who conceived the show, will return. The streaming giant hasn’t announced a release date.

Jonas Pate said Outer Banks would have four to five seasons, but Netflix will determine if there would be more. Small Screen stated that a programmer said, “I can’t confirm or deny OBX S3.” S3 won’t be out this year.

Small Screen reports that Netflix is producing Outer Banks Season 3. According to a September 2021 Small Screen report, an unknown insider involved in Outer Banks Season 3 claimed it would likely release in 2022. Unconfirmed reports say Season 4’s script is already written.

Outer Banks Season 3 will film in Charleston, South Carolina, from February 16 to August 19, 2022. Filming times are flexible, although the epidemic may create delays.

On February 13, 2022, Outer Banks director Valerie Weiss posted a photo of the cast and crew on Instagram with the remark, “Big love to my @obx family as they begin Season 3 tomorrow!!!! Shortly.

However, according to a recent report, production is expected to continue until August 2022, making a summer release unlikely. Outer Banks Season 3 is not on Netflix’s list of movies and TV shows set to premiere in July 2022, as expected.
