Making the Cut Season 3 Release Date: Who Are the Cast Members of Season 3?

Season 3 of “Making the Cut” will debut on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, August 19. The innovative fashion competition series follows a variety of aspiring fashion entrepreneurs from all over the world as they compete to impress judges Gunn and Klum and take their brands to the next level.

Season 3 will take place against the backdrop of Los Angeles’ fashion scene, with runway locations including the top of a skyscraper with views of the city skylines, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and Vasquez Rocks in the desert.

In addition to Gunn and Klum, Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott and TV personality Nicole Ritchie will return as judges, and guest judges will include stylist Jason Bolden, fashion TikToker and model Wisdom Kaye, and Grammy-nominated popstars and Beyoncé protegees Chloe x Halle throughout the season.

Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn will again host Making the Cut, with Klum also serving as a judge. Nicole Richie, an actress and designer, and Jeremy Scott, another designer, will join her on the panel.

In an interview with Newsweek before the start of the new season, Klum admitted that the judging panel this year became quite “heated.” “Jeremy begins to cry a little bit,” she said. He got distraught with one of the designers, which I love, as you may have seen in some of the trailers.”

“I love a judge who cares, a judge who challenges [the designers] to improve the next time,” Klum continued.

Nothing is worse than a judge who does not provide constructive criticism because, to us, criticism is meant to improve someone rather than to make them feel bad.

“When judges are present, they sometimes say things like, “Oh my God, this was awful because blah blah blah,” when they should have said, “Cut.” “Why didn’t you mention this while we were still moving?” I ask.

“I admire people who aren’t afraid to express their feelings or thoughts.” You’ve seen a lot of contentious judging this season.”

In addition to Klum, Richie, and Scott, this year’s Making the Cut contestants will be judged by Chloe x Halle, A-List hairstylist Jason Bolden, and fashion TikToker/model Wisdom Kaye throughout the season.
