Hello there, Kim. Kim Kardashian drew attention on Saturday, September 24, at the Dolce & Gabbana runway show during Milan Fashion Week as she strolled down the catwalk to take a bow.

The Kardashians star, 41, stunned on the runway in a floor-length, sparkling black spaghetti strap gown. We first saw her silhouette before the lights unveiled the exquisite dress the designers had picked for her.

“Kim is my greatest influence.” When producing this collection and going back over their archives from the 1990s and 2000s, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana drew inspiration from her self-assurance, independence, sense of style, and sensuality, according to a press release issued after the show.

Because Kim has drawn inspiration from these classic paintings so regularly throughout her life and career, this moment has become a reality. However, the former Kardashian family member has already been on a high fashion runway, so this is not unique.

During Paris Fashion Week this summer, the reality star added a model to her résumé by walking the Balenciaga runway. The reality personality wore the brand’s trademark Falkon Pantaleggings with a tight black dress that had connected gloves and a plunging neckline.

Kim completed the look by loosely pulling face-framing strands of her then-blonde hair into a low bun. The Kardashians star was in Paris in July with singer Dua Lipa and actress Nicole Kidman, implying that fashion houses have been unwilling to recruit high-fashion models solely for catwalk shows.

Kim channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe in the days leading up to the presentation, posting vintage-inspired black and white films on Instagram, foreshadowing her Milan Fashion Week debut and exciting new collaboration. The video shows SKIMS’s founder stepping off her private jet and receiving white roses.

She is also seen eating pizza in the back of a limousine. On September 21, her caption began, “Ciao Milano,” and added the hashtags “Ciao Kim” and “Dolce Gabbana.”

Friends and relatives of the SKNN founder were handed press kits with branded Italian-themed items, such as a tomato can with Kim’s face, a Dolce & Gabbana bandana, a white T-shirt with photographs of Kim eating gelato and pasta, and a black purse with a photobook inside.

In addition to Kim’s participation in their fashion presentation, Dolce & Gabbana sponsored Kourtney Kardashian’s lavish Italian wedding to husband Travis Barker in May.

The Poosh founder and her Blink-182 spouse exchanged vows for the third time in Villa Olivetta, the fashion house’s villa in Portofino, Italy, while clad head to toe in Dolce & Gabbana.

The bride wore a white corset-style little gown with a cathedral-length veil embroidered with the Virgin Mary, similar to Travis’s tattoo on the top of his head, while the groom looked smart in a black tux.

The couple’s family members were dressed to the nines in D&G apparel for the three-day event.
