Carole Radziwill’s relationship with her younger chef boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy, was often in the news while she was on The Real Housewives of New York City. Luann de Lesseps, who used to work for the Countess and was her niece’s boyfriend before she met Carole, seemed to have strong feelings about the subject.

Even so, Carole would tell you if you asked her about it today that she doesn’t understand why everyone was so worried about her dating a younger man at the time.

Carole said she had “no regrets” about showing the world their relationship, even though viewers only got to see “a slice” of what it was like for them throughout their more than three-year relationship.

Prince Anthony Radziwill married Carole Ann DiFalco on August 27, 1994, in East Hampton, New York. Radziwill was a producer for ABC News at the time.

Both of them met on the sets of ABC shows. Anthony Radziwill was the nephew of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. He was the son of Lee Bouvier Radziwill.

Prince Anthony Radziwil, her husband, died of cancer on August 10, 1999. He had been told he had it in 1994. She married into a noble family, so she is now a part of it.

She is a descendant of the noble European family Radziwill, which she joined through marriage. Carole is sometimes called a princess, but this is not legal because Poland no longer recognizes titles.

In a 2019 A&E documentary, Carole talked about the untimely deaths of John F. Kennedy Jr. and his wife Carolyn, as well as those of her husband and her in-laws’ closest friends.
