At the beginning of the episode, Rick, Marty, and their team talk about some interesting facts about the triangle-shaped swamp at Oak Island.
They think Jack Adam’s box might be in the swamp. Jack Adam was the caretaker of the Island. He looked in the swamp and found a mysterious box, but he couldn’t figure out what was in it.
This led the team to find a lot of things, like the idea of sunken ships, which may help them get to the endpoint. In the afternoon, Alex Lagina and the rest of the team go to the area around the money pit to use sonar to learn more about the natural hole there.

Later, they find out that there might be a 150-foot-deep, 30-foot-long hole that was made by humans. Rick and Marty later make a big deal out of the fact that they bought Lot 5, where many pieces of evidence that could help the team find something that has been hidden for a long time have been found in the past.
The team has been trying to get there for a long time but has never been able to do so. However, since they bought Lot 5, getting there has become much easier.
After that, they find two iron chisels made by hand and an old half-circled coin. When the coin was looked at, it was found to be made of arsenical bronze and could have been made more than 500 years ago.
