“A Rival Appearance” is the title of Chapter 89. The chapter begins with Trunks attempting to understand the contents of the disc he got, but it refuses to open on his computer. Trunk’s mother had entered the room with his sister at that point and questioned him if he had smashed the computer again. Fortunately, his younger sister, being the genius that she is, stepped forward and repaired everything. The mother told him to get dressed for school and bring Mai with him because if Mai stayed at home, people would start whispering.
Trunk gladly concurs. Mai takes her seat in front of Trunk’s class and introduces herself. All of the lads appear to be eager to learn more about her. But Mai wasn’t the only newbie on that particular day. Baytah, a mysterious boy, also entered their class. Mai had her doubts about him from the start.
Trunks were showing off in front of Mai while playing basketball with the other boys. But then Baytah appeared, forcing Trunks to use his extraordinary speed against him. Nonetheless, Baytah scored, much to Trunk’s disgust.

Trunks had no idea that Dr. Hedo was tracking his every step from headquarters. Dr. Hedo noticed Trunk’s extraordinary speed and wondered whether Trunk had stolen his disc. Dr. Hedo asked someone to keep an eye on Trunk through a microphone, and it was none other than Baytah.
Mai pointed out to Trunks that Baytah wasn’t human and that he was an Android due to a noticeable object at the back of his neck. Baytah constantly tries to see if Trunks is hiding any superpowers. When a ball falls under a vehicle, Goten unintentionally shows his abilities in front of the school by picking up the vehicle.
When Baytah notices this, he suspects Goten is the superhero who stole the disc from Dr. Hedo. Baytah takes on his full appearance and attire and begins fighting Goten. Trunk realized he needed to intervene, so he excused himself from Mai and went on to secretly remove his mask and put on his superhero outfit.
Trunk faces Baytah as Saiyaman X-1, and when Baytah notices Mai has the disc, his attention is drawn to her. He caught her, but Trunk pursued him as Goten, in his superhero persona, dealt with the problem at school.
Trunks and Goten come to the rescue, saving the day and the school. Dr. Hedo pledges that in the future, he will create cooler and more powerful androids to fight them.

Goku works as a farmer and lives quietly with his family and friends for four years after beating Majin Buu. Beerus, the God of Destruction, emerges after decades of sleep.
Beerus seeks the Super Saiyan God with the help of his Angel assistant and teacher, Whis, threatening to destroy the Earth if he loses against him.
Goku evolves into the Super Saiyan God with the help of his buddies. Trunks depart for another timeline.
Zen later hosts the Tournament of Power, in which fighter teams from eight of the twelve universes participate, with defeated universes being erased. Goku, his pals, Android 17, and a temporarily rejuvenated Frieza all attend the competition. They are up against fearsome warriors like Universe Eleven’s Jiren.

Meanwhile, Granolah, a Cerelian mercenary, discovers from his masters, the Heeters, that Frieza is still alive and resolves to destroy him in order to avenge Cereal. Granolah sacrifices his life to become the universe’s strongest warrior using his planet’s Dragon Balls. The Heeters trick Goku and Vegeta into battling Granolah.
Maki worries that Freezer got rid of them, while Gas believes Granolah died. Granolah was penalized for attempting to defend himself. Maki reveals that Gas’s wish made him the strongest. Gas reveals his position and punishes the unbeatable Granolah. Goku and Vegeta participate in the fight but are defeated.
What Can We Expect From Dragon Ball Super Chapter 90?
Following the failure of Beta No. 1 in the previous chapter, Dragon Ball Super chapter 90 will most likely reveal Dr. Hedo’s plans to produce better androids. It seems to reason that Hedo would be so impressed with Saiyaman X-1 and Saiyaman X-2 that he would build the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero androids Gamma X-1 and Gamma X-2.
In Dragon Ball Super chapter 90, fans can expect to witness more of Trunks’ courtship of Mai, as well as his exploits as a local superhero with Goten. Trunks have gotten significantly more attention than his pal so far, but that may change as the series goes on.
