Basketball Wives alum Evelyn Lozada is engaged to Lavon Lewis, whom she met on Peacock’s Queens Court. Lewis popped the question on Lozada’s birthday in December in a small gathering with friends and family in Los Angeles.
The proposal featured a custom cake with butterflies, and the diamond ring, picked by Lewis, was perfect, according to Lozada.
Though Lozada and Lewis live on separate coasts, they have been proactive about seeing each other, and Lewis plans to relocate once his 13-year-old son Jordan goes to high school. Lozada, who has three children from a previous relationship, looks forward to getting married to Lewis this coming winter.

Evelyn was previously in a committed relationship with Antoine Walker, a former NBA player, before the success of the reality television series “Basketball Wives.” In the latter half of the 1990s, the two of them began a romantic connection that would last for close to a decade.
But, despite their best efforts, they were unable to overcome the obstacles in their relationship, and in 2009, they decided to go their ways.
1. Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson
In 2010, Evelyn began a romantic relationship with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, an NFL player. The connection between the two people was highlighted on the VH1 reality show “Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch,” and in November of that same year, they announced their engagement.
Despite this, their relationship did not last long, and in August 2012, the two of them were involved in a fight that ultimately led to the end of their time together.
2. Carl Crawford
In 2013, Evelyn began dating Carl Crawford, a former major league baseball player. The pair announced their engagement in December of that year, and in March 2014, they became parents to a son named Carl Leo Crawford. The engagement between the two, which had been planned for August 2017, was broken off, and they ultimately went their separate ways.
