Nick Cannon Says Nothing When His Baby Mama’s Nanny Reports Her For Abuse
After receiving criticism for abuse from several former coworkers, Bre Tiesi retaliated, but her son Nick Cannon has not spoken up.
Three of Bre’s former workers filed a lawsuit against her in April: her former personal assistant Kenneth Gomez, her former social media manager Amanda Bustard, and her former nanny Lucy Poole.
Bre’s Nanny Says That She Was Called Explicitly Gay
According to court records that In Touch was able to get, the plaintiffs claimed that during their employment with Brie, they experienced harassment, discrimination, and retaliation because of their gender, sexual orientation, and sex. They allegedly suffered from extreme emotional turmoil, lost income, and lost benefits from their job.
According to Lucy, the former nanny who worked for Brie from July 2022 to September 2023, Brie made fun of her mental illness by calling her a “dodo head,” “short bus riding r****d,” and “short bus riding b***h.” Additionally, Lucy claimed that Brie had often called her a homophobe and had made her throw out everything in her child’s clothing that was rainbow-colored or thought to be feminine.
Bre allegedly said, even though she knew Lucy belonged to the LGBTQ group, “My child is not going to grow up to be a f****t.”
Furthermore, Lucy said Bre continuously texted and contacted her at all hours, threatening to hurt her physically if chores weren’t finished correctly. As a result, Lucy resigned because of inappropriate payment.
Kenneth Gomez, a member of the LGBTQ community, backed these claims, claiming that Bre had made disparaging remarks about it in front of him. In damages, the plaintiffs demanded more than $3 million.
Bre Rejects the Allegations Made Against Her, but Nick Says Nothing
In response to the complaint, Bre Tiesi filed a response in which she refuted every accusation. The star of Selling Sunset claims that she stopped harassing people and corrected any reported inappropriate behavior with reason. She made a plea to have the lawsuit dismissed, claiming that her acts were necessary for business.
“The lawsuit is invalid, either entirely or partially, because [Bre]’s actions were protected, justified, and/or allowed under California law, aligned with community standards, and the Defendants sincerely believed they had a legal right to carry out those actions,” her lawyer contended.
Legendary Love Cannon, Bre’s son, was born in 2022 to Nick and Bre. Cannon has caused a great deal of controversy by fathering twelve children with six different women. Bre hasn’t held back when expressing how tough Nick’s big family has made things, acknowledging that he lacks a rigid routine.
He sets his own schedule, which is something that I know everyone wants to debate with me about. Every day as he gets off from work, he is free to show up. She disclosed last year that “he can come at night.” He is very present and shows up for anything I ask of him, so there isn’t a set timetable and we don’t have to prepare things. That’s why I’m overjoyed. He is really encouraging.”
Nick hasn’t yet responded to the accusations made against Bre.
