The Harvard Institute of Politics has officially removed Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) from its Senior Advisory Committee following the very public and very humiliating riot at the U.S. Capitol, and stated the reason as her unfounded claims of voter fraud that occurred following Democrat Joe Biden’s victory at the November election.

In a letter released on Tuesday by Harvard Kennedy School Dean Douglas Elmendorf, it states that Elsie has made public assertions about voter fraud in November’s presidential election that have no basis in evidence, and about her public statements regarding court actions that proved incorrect.

According to Elmendorf, the school had originally asked Stefanik to step aside, but when she declined, they had to remove her. Stefanik and 146 House Republicans had voted against Joe Biden’s electoral victory. Elmendorf stated in his letter than by making such assertions and statements, they are questioning the foundations of the electoral process by which the United States of America’s leaders are chosen.

Stefanik, who graduated from the university in 2006 described her removal as “a rite of passage and badge of honour.”

In a statement, she wrote that the decision taken by Harvard’s administration to cower and cave to the “woke” Left will continue to erode the diversity of thought. She added that the Ivory Tower’s intolerant liberal views shows the sneering disdain for everyday Americans and is going to instil dear into the minds of students.

The board faced extreme backlash following the Capitol riots last week. Some of the major corporations that had supported the Republicans stopped their political donations following the incident and Trump was faced with numerous resignation letters from the members in his administration. The FBI issued a warning statement on Monday that more violent demonstrations are being planned.
